The original e-book series with tiered 30-day challenges involving nutrition, movement, community, mental health.
These have been preserved in their original format an will not be updated. There may be future, mini-plans and challenges in the future, but these books will remain intact in their current form for archival purposes.
You can still find the 20 pages or so in each book crammed full of about 100 references each, and a 30-day challenge to test yourself. The books are tiered and work progressively together, following the BJJ ranking system:
Youth (children 5+, tweens, adolescents, and parents): core principles to endeavor on together as a family.
White Belt (beginner / teen / adult): general nutrition principles
Blue Belt (novice / adult): emphasizing protein
Purple Belt (intermediate / adult): essentially a paleo diet and emphasizing distinctions between exercise movement and training movement
