Tiered and statistically driven reference ranges for athlete strength and conditioning.
How strong is too strong? Â You can read further, the basis of that argument in the Barbells and Bell Curves post series. Â For now, consult the below table and consider the following tiers:
Expected: means that athletes are expected to achieve these levels of fitness in order to obtain a minimum effective dose.
Game Changer: means best bang for your buck in that you'll see great rewards in-sport for achieving these fitness levels.
Cut Off: means that this is a point of diminishing returns in that you'll have to invest disproportionately to progress further.
