With over 200+ articles on this site, I’ve tried to offer as much illustrative and educational content as I can — in the realms of psychology, fitness, and nutrition. Yet, many have been persistent in their requests for prescriptions; “what I eat in a day”, what my progressions or programming looks like, etc.
I hate the word “balance” even more than “compromise.” It implies that equilibrium is, not only possible, but sustainable. It isn’t. Life is about choices. Hopefully those are well informed choices. Regardless, they all elicit consequences, or rather trade offs.
My trade is that I’ve now created a paid subscriber section of this site to, at least in part, fulfill the above requests that I’ve been resistant to thus far (for reasons described here).
